Launch Your Insurance Career Today

We offer a few different programs that help you launch your insurance career in as little as one to three months, depending on your unique circumstances.

Up To Three-Months Paid Training Program To Help You Launch Your Insurance Career

Paid hourly during training, up to 50 hours a week, averaging $4,000 per month.
Regimented and proven training platform to help you become an industry expert.
Marketing and branding coaching to grow your business.
One-On-One training, webinar training, and hands-on training in a team environment.
Daily hands-on support, field support hotline, and agribusiness specialist at your service.
$4,000 sign-on bonus for qualified agents to help jumpstart your local office.

Commission Structure for Property & Casualty Sales

Year 1 – 35% on all new business and renewal premium (agribusiness, commercial, and personal lines)
Year 2 – 20% on all new business and renewal premium
Year 3 – 15% on all new business and renewal premium
Year 4 and beyond – 5 % – 15% on all new business and renewal premium

Commission Structure for Life Insurance Sales

Year 1 – 80% – 90% on all new accounts (minor renewals)
Year 2 – 70% – 90% on all new accounts (minor renewals)
Year 3 – 60% – 90% on all new accounts (minor renewals)

Plus, $1,000 is awarded to you for each designation you earn from American College in your first 60 months with the agency.
